Food provenance and quality is incredibly important to us here at the Rusty Tractor. For this event, we have sourced the best cuts of meat from Ivybridge Butchers, ensuring that the food on your plate supports the local, high welfare farmers in our region.
This week our meat has been carefully selected from the following family farms
Beef
Herd of South Devon Cattle, grass fed on a farm located in Penryn
Pork
Outdoor reared British Whites from a farm located in Ashburton.
Mains
Served with roast potatoes, local seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese & a rich gravy
